What you provide and why
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, optional service of interest, and message. MLFOR Accounting Inc. uses these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you requested. This notice covers general enquiries through the public website, not information handled under a separate client engagement.
Please keep confidential documents out of this form
Do not include SINs, tax documents, banking details, passwords, or other confidential information. The form does not accept document uploads. Contact us to discuss an appropriate way to exchange client information.
Website, security and email providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form requests. Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish genuine visitors from automated abuse and may process browser, device and network information for that purpose. The website uses a network-address-based rate limit to reduce repeated submissions.
Resend delivers enquiry emails to the firm. Google provides the firm's receiving mailbox. These providers process the information needed to deliver and receive your message. The form sends only the enquiry fields in the notification email, not its security token or your network address.
Processing outside Canada
Information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States. Resend states that it stores message content and delivery logs in the United States, even when a different sending region is chosen. Cloudflare and Google also operate international infrastructure. This form is not a Canada-only document-exchange service. Please use it only if you are comfortable sending a general enquiry through these providers.
Storage and retention
The website application does not keep a separate submissions database or deliberately log message contents. It does not save enquiry fields in browser storage. Cloudflare and other providers may keep technical or security records as part of their services.
Resend states that its standard retention for email and log data on its Free plan is 30 days. Copies received in the firm's Google mailbox may remain longer for responding to and following up on the enquiry and applicable record-keeping needs. This notice does not promise automatic deletion of mailbox copies after 30 days. Contact us with questions about retention or to request access, correction or deletion; requests are considered in light of applicable obligations.

Email is also handled by service providers; do not send confidential client documents without first arranging an appropriate exchange method.
